PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BOTS is a web-based, centrally-hosted application developed to automate the reporting of individual behaviors and goals. In its present version, the product is designed to collect and report special education student data, however, future versions will allow the tracking of regular education students and provide a tool for teachers to self-track their own goals and accomplishments. The application has been designed with a high degree of flexibility allowing users to easily modify the number of goals and behaviors, change score rankings, and build individual schedules.

 PRODUCT FEATURES

  • BOTS tracks three targets:  
    • Goals - typically these are measured as a percentage of points earned per day
    • Behaviors - tracks behaviors as identified in the sstudent's IEP
    • Interventions - typically the tracking of frequency of certain behaviors
  • Unlimited number of data points per goal or behavior
  • Each entry form is customized to match current collection processes
  • Requires limited technical experience

PRICING


BOTS is a hosted solution that does not require any client installation. Like the BOTS application itself, pricing is designed to be flexible enough to meet a variety of educational environment needs.

For individuals, BOTS can be purchased on a per student basis at a rate of $45 per student per year. A one-time set-up fee of $30 allows you to quickly access the system using existing templates. Additional or modified templates are priced on a time-to-develop basis.

For school sites, BOTS is available for a site license fee of $995 per year plus $10 per student per year. A one-time set-up fee of $200 allows all site staff to easily access the system using existing templates. Additional or modified templates are priced on a time-to-develop basis.
